Marketing & Digital Content Specialist

NENN is seeking a highly capable Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to lead the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing across NENN’s veterinary ambulatory large animal practice, the NENN foundation, and our consumer-facing app. This role integrates AI-powered content creation, field-case storytelling, paid media execution, graphic design, and website management. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with the ability to translate real veterinary field cases into compelling, performance-driven digital campaigns.Key Responsibilities AI Driven Marketing and Content CreationUse AI tools to generate multiple ad variations tailored to different audience segmentsDevelop messaging for NENN’s Veterinary services (large animal ambulatory practice), Foundation initiatives, outreach programs as well as App features and user acquisitionTest, refine, and optimize creative based on performance dataBuild scalable campaign structures for ongoing testing and iterationMeta Ads & Paid MediaCreate, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaignsDevelop segmented audiences and targeted ad sets by service line and demographicOptimize campaigns for performance (CTR, conversions, cost per lead, app downloads)Test creative variations and iterate based on analyticsProvide ongoing reporting and insights on campaign performanceWebflow Website ManagementMaintain and update company websites using WebflowBuild/Optimize landing pages for campaigns, services, and foundation initiativesEnsure consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across digital propertiesImplement timely updates aligned with marketing initiativesShort Form Video CreationProduce AI-generated, animated short-form content inspired by real veterinary field casesTransform clinical scenarios into engaging visual formats using AI tools (animation, motion graphics, voiceover, and synthetic media)Develop content optimized for social platforms (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts), focusing on clarity, engagement, and shareabilityCollaborate with veterinary teams to identify high-impact case stories and translate them into compelling, audience-friendly narrativesBalance real-world authenticity with scalable, AI-enhanced production workflowsGraphic Design & Marketing AssetsDesign email marketing messaging, promotional graphics, and digital assets, as needed.Create visual content for campaigns, social media, and paid adsMaintain consistent branding across all marketing channelsDevelop visually compelling materials that support both education and conversionRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in digital marketing, content creation, or media productionStrong ability in graphic design for digital platforms (email, ads, social content)Experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing workflowsFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid social platformsExperience with Webflow or similar CMS platformsExcellent writing and storytelling skillsAbility to translate technical or clinical subject matter into consumer-facing messagingStrong organizational and execution skillsPreferred Experience Farm animal and equine knowledge is helpful but not requiredExperience managing multi-channel marketing ecosystemsFamiliarity with performance marketing funnels and conversion optimizationExperience producing social-first video content in real-world environmentsQualifications Success MetricsIncreased app downloads and user engagementImproved Meta ad performance (CTR, cost per acquisition, conversions)Growth in website traffic and appointment bookingsConsistent production of high-quality content across channelsStrong alignment between field operations and external marketing outputsRole ImpactThis role is central to how NENN's veterinary services, Foundation initiatives, and Applications are communicated to the world.
