Marketing: • Design, create & update presentations for client meetings • Assist in creation of advertising campaigns – proofread ad copy etc. • Assist Account Executives in daily responsibilities • Collect Market research • Record & file notes on all client briefings and coordinate the information the agency will need to provide the best follow-up • Track and manage all activity, both internal to the agency and external to vendors, freelancers and clients • Attend Marketing Meetings • Attend Creative Meetings Digital-Interactive: • Help to create and plan social media posts • Assist in the evaluation and optimization of social media accounts • Assist in the set-up of online advertising campaigns • Assist in the management and analysis on online advertising campaigns • Attend Digital-Interactive Meetings Additional Responsibilities: • Contribute to administrative tasks and functions within the office • Answer Phones, Door and Sort Mail • Update & maintain contact management systems
