You'll be pivotal in promoting our community rehabilitation and long-term care services, with a primary focus on achieving census goals. Your responsibilities will include obtaining referrals from diverse sources, ensuring their alignment with admissions criteria, conducting tours, providing information about our community, and guiding clients through the sales process. • Cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to enhance Louisville Gardens reputation and visibility. • Work closely with the administrative team to verify insurance and obtain authorizations for admissions of referrals.
