What You’ll Do Marketing Strategy & Leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals • Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI • Lead the internal marketing team and coordinate with external agencies • Collaborate with sales and operations to align campaigns with seasonal HVAC demand Social Media & Digital Campaigns • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube • Oversee organic social media strategy to build community engagement and brand authority • Manage seasonal campaigns for HVAC services such as A/C tune-ups, furnace replacements, and indoor air quality • Implement geo-targeted advertising and retargeting campaigns • Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversions This is a rare opportunity to own and scale marketing for a fast-growing residential HVAC company where your campaigns directly impact revenue.
