We are looking for a seasoned senior living sales professional who knows how to close — someone who has sat across from a family in crisis, earned their trust, and guided them through one of the hardest decisions of their lives. If you have driven census in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community and you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we want to hear from you. Execute outside marketing in the field — visiting referral sources, attending events, and representing Colliers in the community Manage your CRM religiously: leads, follow-ups, move-in pipeline, and census reporting Senior living sales experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is required.
