Marketing Director

We are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a strategic Marketing Director to build and lead marketing across all brands. Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies for multiple brands.Align marketing initiatives with ownership’s vision and company goals.Identify growth opportunities across retail and restaurant operations.Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. 5–8+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibilitiesExperience managing multi-brand or multi-location marketing preferredBackground in retail and/or food & beverage marketing is a strong plusProven experience managing budgets and paid advertisingStrong analytical and performance tracking skillsExperience building systems and leading teams Direct access to ownership and leadershipOpportunity to build and lead a marketing department from the ground upWork across multiple growing brandsLong-term growth potential within a holding company structure We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with Atlas Lakes Holding.
