Marketing Director

Busch's Fresh Food Market, a family-owned Michigan retailer known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our brand, marketing, and guest engagement initiatives.

This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase guest loyalty, attract new customers, and drive sales growth. The Director of Marketing will lead integrated marketing campaigns, oversee public relations, manage marketing budgets, analyze consumer insights and market trends, and partner cross-functionally to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Busch's overall brand and marketing strategy.Lead integrated marketing and communication initiatives across digital, print, social media, and in-store channels.Utilize consumer research, demographic trends, and Voice of the Customer insights to enhance guest loyalty and acquisition.Measure marketing performance and optimize campaign effectiveness through data-driven decision making.Manage marketing and advertising budgets.Oversee public relations efforts and serve as the company's spokesperson.Lead promotional initiatives, grand openings, community events, and vendor-supported programs.Manage website strategy and digital engagement initiatives.Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the marketing team

Qualificatio

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.Five or more years of progressive marketing leadership experience.Strong background in brand management, strategic marketing, and integrated communications.Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance.Exceptional project management, analytical, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing technologies.Experience in retail, grocery, consumer goods, or multi-location organizations is preferr
