Marketing Director

About the Role

Peterson Wealth Services is looking for a creative, organized and self-driven Marketing Associate to manage our content and outreach efforts. This is a highly visible role with a high level of autonomy — you'll manage our podcast from recording to publishing, run our social media presence, build our newsletters, oversee our SEO strategy, and bring fresh ideas for how we grow our audience and visibility. You'll have your own dedicated office to focus and create, along with high-end technology and equipment.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable both behind the scenes editing content and out-front generating ideas that get people talking.

What You'll Do

Podcast production: Record, edit, and publish our podcast episodes on a consistent schedule; manage the full workflow from raw audio/video to final distribution
Guest sourcing: Identify, reach out to, and coordinate podcast guests
Social media: Plan and post content across our social channels to build engagement and reach
Newsletter creation: Write, design, and send regular newsletters to our client and prospect list
SEO management: Monitor and improve our website's search visibility and organic traffic
Growth strategy: Generate and pitch creative ideas for increasing our brand exposure and audience growth across new and existing channels

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required
At least two years of marketing experience required
Strong writing skills and an eye for editing (audio/video and written content)
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling
Understanding of SEO principles
Self-starter who can manage multiple ongoing projects with minimal oversight
Creative thinker who brings new ideas to the table, not just execution

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
