Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer loyalty, attract new customers, and support continued business growth. Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that supports company objectives and enhances brand recognition.Analyze consumer research, demographic trends, and market insights to improve customer loyalty, attract new customers, and drive sales growth.Lead integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, email, and other communication channels while ensuring consistent brand messaging.Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future initiatives.Manage annual marketing and advertising budgets while maximizing return on investment.Oversee public relations activities and serve as a company spokesperson when appropriate.Direct customer research initiatives and leverage Voice of the Customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement.Plan and execute promotional programs, grand openings, community events, vendor partnerships, and special marketing initiatives.Lead website strategy and ongoing enhancements to improve user experience, engagement, content, and overall digital performance.Partner with internal departments and external agencies to successfully execute marketing projects and strategic initiatives.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.Provide leadership, coaching, and development to marketing team members while fostering a collaborative and results driven culture.Support organizational goals by contributing ideas, recommendations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.Five or more years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Event planning and promotional marketing experience required.Public relations and media relations experience preferred.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and marketing technologies.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross functional teams.
