As we continue our national expansion, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our brand, accelerate franchise growth, and drive marketing strategy across digital, events, communications, and business development. You'll be a marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilitiesExperience in healthcare, wellness, franchising, or senior living is highly regardedStrong expertise across digital marketing, branding, content, paid media, email marketing, and analyticsExperience managing CRM platforms and marketing funnels (HubSpot preferred)Demonstrated success developing sales enablement materials and supporting business developmentExceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable working autonomously in a fast-growing organizationWhy REGENTRA?
