Marketing Director

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Chief Sales Officer, this position is responsible for the design and implementation of the agency’s overall marketing and brand strategy to strengthen the firm's reputation, support growth, enhance current and future client experience, and reinforce OAA's award-winning culture. Minimum three years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications required with experience in the insurance industry preferred. Must be proficient with social media marketing and social networking sites. This position requires knowledge of marketing, advertising and communication processes, graphic design, social media marketing and brand development, prospecting and candidate attraction and recognition.
