Marketing Director

The position is located at our Williston, Vermont headquarters. • Work closely with the President to create, implement, and achieve the new vision for IR Analyzers’ business success. Coordination with Sales Department • Identify, evaluate, and implement programs to improve the volume and quality of leads to the sales team. Events • Manage the company’s presence at both regional and national industry trade shows, conferences and major events and represent the company to clients at these functions Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field • Wide ranging experience in small business marketing with B2B preferred • Experience in marketing and running a marketing team • Proven marketing campaign experience • High competence in project and stakeholder management • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing • Strong copy writing skills • Proven ability to manage budgets • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask • Attention to detail • Professional and proactive work ethic • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
