Marketing Director

Van Martin Roofing is a leading roofing company serving central and southwest Ohio. The main objective of the Director of Marketing is to develop and implement the marketing strategy required to gain a competitive edge in lead generation. The list of job duties for the Director of Marketing on any given day may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Oversee daily marketing efforts for Digital, Direct, Advertising, and Social Media components • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and grassroots platforms, such as canvassing • Lead and grow the marketing team, ensuring alignment with Van Martin’s mission, values, and performance goals • Own local SEO initiatives including keyword optimization, review strategies, and local content planning. • Develop and implement repeatable process for website creation and SEO optimization • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategy to optimize ROI • Ensure adequate representation of Van Martin at community and industry events as a value-driven brand ambassador. applications • Creative and unique problem-solving skills in generating website traffic and conversions • Very strong communication and people skills • Ability to translate the needs of the Marketing department across other departments • Ability to multitask and follow through on completion • Ability to promote and apply Van Martin's core values • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent preferred • Five (5) years Marketing Leadership, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience • Integrator (We Run On EOS)
