MARKETING DIRECTOR

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Director that will be responsible for coordinating the production of marketing materials and implements their use for construction, commercial and residential projects. The Marketing Director will participate on the Marketing Committee, and report to the Vice President of Property Management. • Coordinate production of marketing material, including property brochures, leasing fliers, price lists, signs, flags, etc., between property and project managers and other company personnel, and graphic artists, printers, sign makers, and other marketing consultants for all properties managed by The Towbes Group, Inc. • Update, maintain and provide management with various accurate and timely marketing information reports and weekly commercial/residential reports and statistics as requested by Management and/or the Marketing Committee. • Maintain inventory of all marketing materials, artwork, brochures, move-in packets, and signs used in the promotion of all properties managed by The Towbes Group, Inc. ADVERTISING: • Meet weekly with Residential Property Managers to determine newspaper advertising needs. Property Signage: • Oversee all necessary “Leasing” signage changes.
