Job description The Marketing Director will be responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership to the marketing department. The Marketing Director will also help lead a team of highly skilled individuals and make executive decisions over marketing initiatives which include, advertising, campaigns, sales promotion, store location events, and vendor partnerships. Must be local to San Antonio, this is an in-office position. The Daily Drive overall development and implementation of account-specific marketing plans that align with subscriber and revenue targets Develop and execute all sales promotion calendar, cadence of events and advertising including email and direct marketing- negotiate all marketing related contracts Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment and cost per activation Oversee the performance tracking and analysis of partner campaigns, deliver and present comprehensive partner recap resources Drive optimization of partner marketing mix, evaluate campaign effectiveness to maximize subscriber acquisition activity and deliver on ROI Serve as the primary contact on all subject matters related to Partner Marketing strategy and initiatives Develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of Sales Leads in order to cultivate data-driven strategies that drive KPIs Develop and maintain relationships with key marketing contacts and decision- makers across assigned partners Collaborate cross-functionally with partner marketing teams including brand- facing, creative and POS teams to develop and maximize marketing initiatives with assigned partners Cultivate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Partner Management, marketing groups, Business Planning, Partner Operations. Must have a deep understanding of modern digital marketing tactics which include but not limited to paid search/social and search engine optimization with exceptional verbal, written skills- including presentation experience Background in Marketing/Project Operations with a strong sense of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM systems, social media platforms, and automated email campaigns Deep expertise of media strategy, planning and implementation Demonstrated critical thinking skills and strong problem-solving skills – navigates effectively through difficult issues, builds required consensus to drive business needs and results Proven leader with experience in change management and developing quality teams Significant management experience Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influencer.
