Gem Studio is a high energy and creative jewelry making experience where customers have the unique opportunity to create one of a kind sterling silver jewelry. As Marketing Director, you will own the full marketing function at Gem Studio. What You'll Do: • Lead and manage the marketing department (2 full-time, 1 part-time, and 1 fractional CMO) • Build and execute an integrated marketing strategy covering digital, social, paid media, PR, events, partnerships, and in-store promotions • Oversee advertising budgets and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI • Drive growth in four core areas: bookings, social media engagement, foot traffic, and overall brand awareness • Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaigns that reflect Gem Studio’s brand • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to hit KPIs • Develop and nurture partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and community organizations • Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all platforms • Travel to Salt Lake City quarterly for team collaboration and brand immersion What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience • Proven success leading marketing strategy for a B2C brand (brick-and-mortar or retail experience strongly preferred) • Strong expertise in social media marketing (organic and paid) • Experience managing advertising budgets and driving measurable results • Ability to balance creative brand-building with data-driven decision making • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team • A passion for creative, lifestyle, and experience-driven brands • Comfort working remotely with periodic travel • What’s your experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)?
