Marketing Director and General Manager at Dance Studio

Location: San Diego, CA Studio: Play Studios We are looking for an enthusiastic, arts-minded individual with a strong background in B2B marketing, client engagement, and team coordination — someone who understands both the energy of a dance studio and the precision of a high-functioning business. Studio & Team Management: • Maintain updated communication with instructors regarding their weekly classes • Coordinate and schedule guest celebrity instructors for pop-ups and specialty classes • Support client retention by responding to inquiries, managing client needs, and promoting client satisfaction • Update the studio calendar and class registration tools as needed • Assist with events, performances, and content capture sessions • Highly organized with a knack for managing schedules, instructors, and client communication • Passionate about dance, fitness, or performing arts • Background in business-to-business (B2B) sales or marketing is a strong plus • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
