The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing overall activities for all database, advertising and media, promotions, players club, player development and marketing efforts for Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort (JRCR). • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines. • Responsible for overseeing the Marketing and Player’s Club departments, which includes but not limited to establishing goals and objectives for the departments, implementing processes to monitor progress for the department and provide training and development to department staff. • Develop and manage Marketing Department operating budget. • Direct and coordinate conception, scheduling, communication, and preparation of promotional events.
