Collaborate with them on educational programs, research collaborations, and other initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and influence in the orthopedic field.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines, such as FDA regulations, HIPAA, and other industry-specific regulations.Direct-to-Patient Marketing: Develop and execute DTC campaigns - including digital, social, print, and co-branded physician marketing programs - to drive patient awareness and consultation requests for joint replacement. Experience specifically in orthopedics or medical devices is highly desirable.Knowledge of Orthopedics: An understanding of orthopedic products, procedures, and the healthcare industry is essential. Familiarity with marketing automation software like HubSpot and CRM systems is also advantageous.Leadership and Team Management: As a director, you should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a marketing team.
