Location: Scranton, PA (Hybrid / Must be local enough to visit stores regularly) Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Owner Compensation: $75,000 Benefits: PTO, employee discount, flexible work hours What You Really Need (Key Functions) • Digital Ads Expertise: Run, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local SEO campaigns • Analytics Mastery: Build reports and dashboards from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, heatmaps, etc. • Local Marketing Strategy: Know how to drive real-world foot traffic using digital tools (geo-targeted ads, event promotion, map listings, local influencers) • Team Leadership: Manage creatives, content producers, freelancers, and eventually a full internal team • Growth-First Mindset: Focus on KPIs — store traffic, conversion rates, CAC (customer acquisition cost), retention, and LTV (lifetime value) Tools They Should Be Proficient In • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) • Meta Business Suite / Facebook & IG Ads • Google Analytics 4 • Google Business Profile / Maps optimization • Website analytics & heatmaps (e.g. Hotjar, CrazyEgg) • Email/SMS platforms (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp) • Marketing automation tools (Zapier, etc.) Ability to Commute: • Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701 (Preferred)
