Marketing Director - Student Housing

If you have experience in marketing a business through a variety of social media platforms, supervising a team, leasing apartments, organizing activities and managing marketing plans, come join our team! We are Maverick Creek Villas, a student-oriented apartment community located near UTSA in Northwest San Antonio and we are looking for a Marketing Director. The position requires: • Leasing or sales experience • Strong customer service skills, a “go-getter” with an upbeat personality • Ability to plan and organize activities for diverse groups • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office products, communicating with customers via email, advertising creation, and maintaining social media accounts The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, hours will be flexible to accommodate evening resident events with occasional weekend hours during peak leasing periods but will generally be 8:00am to 5:00pm. Job duties include, but are not limited to: • Implementing marketing programs both on and off-site for current and future residents and working with other managers to develop relationships with relevant campus and community organizations.
