DescriptionThe Marketing Engagement Lead will collaborate with digital and Pharmacy business partners on the planning and execution of trigger-based communications in support of Pharmacy digital acquisition. Successful candidates must be outcome oriented and have proven experience in solution mapping, application of marketing strategies and tactics, and experience leading cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesThis role will represent Pharmacy Marketing and work closely with business and digital partners to enable holistic journey-based campaigns that will achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver personalized customer experiences. This role will be responsible for identifying digital (.com) opportunities, detailing requirements, recommending solutions, and executing on implementation plans. In addition, this role will work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud partners to produce omni-channel, automated member experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Marketing Technology capabilities - primarily Salesforce Marketing CloudMaintain a good understanding of Marketing Technology landscape and take advantage of emerging capabilitiesStrategy and journey development in coordination with targeted business outcomes, alignment to technical capabilities, and fully attributable results.Collaborate well and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors to achieve project goalsRequired Qualifications3 years of experience with marketing and/or MarTech solutions, including Salesforce Marketing CloudProven track record in leading Marketing initiatives with a large cross functional teamExperience with digital customer engagement - primarily web-based communications2 or more years of project leadership experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceDesign cognitive applications in all communication types.Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience.Candidates should appreciate need for consistency with Humana's brand and value propositions.Experience leading Marketing budget management for projects, initiatives, and campaignsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s)Knowledgeable on marketing attribution modelsHealthcare, financial services, or insurance experience a plusAdditional InformationAt Humana, our values are caring, curious, and committed.
