Marketing Event Ambassador

Position Overview

Player 15 Group – the sports & entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center – is redefining the industry standard. As a Marketing Event Ambassador, you will serve as a brand ambassador for the Suns and Mercury, working at home games, special events, tournaments, and more. You will assist in creating memorable moments, ensuring vehicles and interactive experiences are well-managed, and engaging fans with energy and passion.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury at both on- and off-site events (home games, festivals, partner appearances, etc.).
Oversee installation set-up, operation, and tear down of interactive elements and the Mobile Marketing vehicle.
Manage on-site activations including handing out premium items, facilitating promotions, engaging fans, and communicating essential information.
Ensure vehicles are fully stocked, maintained, and kept clean at all times.
Assist with organization and maintenance of the mobile unit and support the Marketing Department in identifying new event opportunities.
Cultivate fan engagement and collect data at each event, and complete post-event wrap-up forms.
Provide additional support and tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in marketing, promotional, event, or street team roles.
Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required).
