Position: Marketing & Event Manager | Five Years+ Experience We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Event Manager to lead the planning, promotion, and execution of our events and marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic marketing expertise with hands‑on event management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life.You will oversee event logistics, manage marketing campaigns, coordinate vendors and partners, and ensure every project is executed with excellence.Key Responsibilities Event ManagementPlan, coordinate, and execute company events, conferences, and activations from concept to completionManage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and on‑site logisticsOversee event setup, breakdown, staffing, and run‑of‑showCollaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth executionTroubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a calm, solution‑oriented presence during eventsMarketing & CommunicationsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, programs, and brand initiativesCreate and manage content across email, social media, website, and print materialsCoordinate with designers, photographers, and external partners to produce high‑quality marketing assetsTrack campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendationsMaintain brand voice and messaging across all channelsProject & Stakeholder ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detailBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, partners, and clientsPrepare post‑event reports, analytics, and recommendations for improvementQualifications3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or a related fieldStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to stay calm, resourceful, and proactive under pressureExperience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationshipsProficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plusCreative thinker with a “can‑do” attitude and strong attention to detailWhy Join UsOpportunity to lead high‑impact events and creative marketing campaignsCollaborative, supportive team environmentRoom for growth and ownership of major initiativesApplication Question(s):Can you provide a portfolio of events and marketing campaigns you have managed?Education:Bachelor Degree or experienceExperience:marketing and event management: 4 years (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
