Marketing & Events Coordinator

The Marketing and Events Coordinator is responsible for executing all firm marketing events and managing the qualification and follow-up process to ensure advisors are meeting with the right individuals. This role attends events, conducts qualification calls, manages post-event follow-up, and supports conversion from prospect to engaged client. This position requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Manage event logistics including invitations, registrations, and onsite execution. Complete timely follow-up calls and communications after events.
