You'll join our Global Marketing team, where the Marketing Events Team plays a strategic role in delivering high-impact client engagement experiences. This team partners closely with Practice Marketers and Distribution Teams to execute Bain-hosted events, manage our presence at third-party conferences, and support select Market Reputation events in partnership with local markets. • Assist with planning and delivery of Bain-hosted events (virtual and in-person) • Support key aspects of event planning including logistics, budgeting, and venue sourcing • Help prepare event materials, timelines, and branding assets • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution • Gather feedback and track results to support continuous improvement Third-Party Conferences • In Chicago, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($58,000-$69,750) • In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($55,500-$66,750) • In Boston, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($60,750-$73,000) • In Atlanta, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($53,000-$63,500) • Annual discretionary performance bonus • This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation • 4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date Bain & Company's comprehensive benefits and wellness program is designed to help employees achieve personal independence, protection, and stability in the areas most important to you and your family.
