Marketing & Events Intern

The intern will work closely with the marketing team to support the planning, execution, and promotion of major race weekends and other special events at the track. This position offers an ideal opportunity for college students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in sports marketing, event management, or public relations. • Assist in executing marketing campaigns for major events • Support grassroots marketing through promotional booths and local events • Help develop event timelines, manage vendor coordination, and prepare on-site materials. • Superior verbal/written communications skills • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as in team environments • Position requires ability to work nights and weekends • Position may require occasional travel through Speedway Motorsports workshare program to other facilities to support other events • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a four-year College/University or post-graduate program.
