You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to support logistics, maintain our materials and tracking systems, and help ensure every event reflects the LifeSafer brand. Assist with the coordination and preparation of assigned events from initial logistics through on site support and post event follow up. Help ensure LifeSafer event materials are organized, current, and ready to go for every event. Recently graduated or on track to graduate by May 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field Practical experience with Asana and HubSpot alongside an experienced events and marketing team
