Marketing Events Manager – 80% Work from Home with Boutique Agency

We’re a small, but rapidly growing event management and marketing company in Westminster that provides our Silicon Valley clients with event management, graphic design, inventory/fulfillment and Marketo & Salesforce.com services. We have a graphic designer, warehouse & shipping operations, and Marketo/Salesforce.com experts in-house who handle such client needs when they arise, so experience in these areas is not required (but would be helpful). However, there will be times when this person needs to come in to get work done in the office/warehouse with colleagues. Also, traveling throughout the U.S. to support client events will be required every now and then. - Managing the event logistics, graphic design, inventory/fulfillment and Marketo & Salesforce.com requirements of 2-4 clients - Working closely with colleagues to deliver event management and marketing solutions based on customer requirements - Researching event venues and presenting options based on customer requirements - Ordering event services for trade shows (e.g., A/V, electricity, furniture, graphics, WiFi, etc.)
