This role supports brand, product, promotions, events, and digital activity in New Zealand while aligning with Watts’ regional and global initiatives and contributing to Watts marketing reporting and projects. Strategy, Planning & Budgeting In collaboration with the General Manager and Head of Sales: Develop, manage and oversee delivery of the marketing plan and budget. Contribute to the creation of strategic direction for all marketing and communications activity, ensuring communication is effective for the right audiences. Contribute to the optimisation of marketing strategies (continuous improvement mindset).Communications & Brand Management Together with the Head of Sales, shape the voice, look and feel of our brand in the market through leading delivery of marketing and communications. Campaigns, Promotions & Advertising Campaign coordination, including: Copy Scheduling Database management Planning and executing promotional activities.
