Marketing Executive Assistant

A company is looking for a Marketing Executive Assistant to support their Marketing & Operations leader in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage inbox by drafting responses, prioritizing emails, and organizing communications

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email and social media

Proofread and ensure the quality of marketing copy and assets before publication

Required Qualifications :

Experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record in fast-paced environments

Working knowledge of marketing operations concepts, including CRMs and email marketing

Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines

Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
