Marketing Executive Assistant / Client Operations Coordinator

Ventura Marketing is looking for an Executive Assistant / Client Operations Coordinator who wants to grow with a fast-moving AI growth agency and become a key part of how we support clients, creators, contractors, and internal operations. For the right candidate, this is not just an assistant role. Very familiar with AI tools and excited to use them every day Comfortable with GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Drive, calendars, task/project tools, and mobile-first communication Strong written communication and fast response habits Understands digital marketing, social media, content, paid ads, and client service Comfortable being in front of the camera, since we film a lot of our day-to-day operations Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable juggling a lot of moving pieces Interested in business, AI, creative strategy, marketing, and how companies grow Comfortable communicating with clients and contractors professionally and quickly Excited to learn our full marketing/content flywheel and grow into more responsibility over time Experience working inside a marketing agency, production company, content team, or client-service business Familiarity with AI agent systems or agent harnesses like OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, or similar tools Experience with content studios, video shoots, creator workflows, or production coordination Experience using AI tools for operations, writing, research, project management, or client support Interest in becoming a long-term operator inside an AI-powered agency Willingness to be highly responsive outside normal work hours when needed, including evenings or weekends
