Marketing & Executive Business Partner San Diego, CA / Up to $85K | Hybrid 2 Office Days A purpose-driven nonprofit in the behavioral health industry is seeking a versatile Marketing & Executive Business Partner to support both strategic marketing efforts and the Senior Executive day-to-day operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who's creative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. You'll split your time between coordinating digital marketing campaigns, events, and branded content-and providing high-level executive support including calendar management, communications, and special projects. What You'll Do: • Execute and track social, email, and content marketing initiatives • Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals • Manage Senior Executive calendar, travel, and executive communications • Assist with board prep, presentations, and stakeholder engagement You Bring: • 3+ years in marketing and/or executive support • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and project tools like Asana • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain #J-18808-Ljbffr
