Marketing Executive for Law Firm

Job Title: Marketing Executive Reports to: Attorney Group Deptartment: Marketing Job Summary: Manage all aspects of marketing and advertising including social media, SEO, campaigns, and more Essential Functions of the Position: Background: Legal or Law Office (Preferred, Not Required) English (Required) Spanish: (Preferred, Not Required) Social Media: Manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and alike Post relevant and interesting text and content to attract interest Take pictures and video to post on social media Keep track of social media of all legal resources to repost and share or comment Keep public facing aspects of all social media accounts consistent and updated Reach out to staff for input on posts and relevant information Campaigns and Communication SEO, PPC, Google, Bing, Yelp, etc Lead Services (Avvo, Martindale, Lawyer.com, etc) Setup and manage campaigns that will increase business and maintain client contact Email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, GetResponse, etc) Voice and SMS Broadcasting (ClickSend, CallLoop, VoiceShot, etc) Direct Mail (letters, postcards, mailers, etc) Business Listings and Directories Materials Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures, Pamphlets, ect Newsletters, Postcards, Letterhead, etc Pens, Cups, Give-a- ways, Etc Writing Articles Blogs Reviews Job Qualifications: High school graduate and/or College Degree Reliable form of transportation for events and errands Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, VPN, Copier/Scanner Highly organized and ability to multi- task Work Remotely if in state other than Minnesota. Work 2-3 days in office if in Minnesota. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
