Marketing Firm Account Coordinator

About the RoleSasquatch Agency is looking for a motivated agency professional to join its growing team. The Account Coordinator will get exposure to a wide range of clients and brands, and learn the ins and outs of agency account management — and the systems that keep it running smoothly — from a team of seasoned professionals. Experience in a client-facing or agency environment is preferred, and a working knowledge of the outdoor recreation, active lifestyle, and/or food & beverage industries is a plus. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account SupportSupport integrated account teams as the connective tissue between clients and the agency's creative, PR, paid media, web dev, and social media unitsAssist Account Managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts, including scheduling, meeting preparation, agendas, and recapsServe as a reliable point of contact for clients, fielding requests and routing them to the right internal teams in a professional, friendly mannerCoordinate with PR, social media, and creative teams to ensure campaigns, media programs, and content calendars are well alignedPrepare client-facing materials, including status reports, presentations, and campaign performance summariesBuild working knowledge of each client's brand, industry, and audience over time, with support from your Account Manager and teamProject & Systems CoordinationThis is a core part of the role, not an add-on — you'll be the person who keeps every project visible and on track. Deeper client-facing work, including leading portions of client presentationsTranslating campaign data and reporting into actionable insights alongside your Account ManagerBroader ownership of specific client relationships and workstreamsRequired Qualifications1+ years of experience in account management, client service, marketing, or a related agency roleBachelor's degree from an accredited university (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business preferred), or equivalent professional experienceExperience with project management and productivity tools, particularly Monday.com and Google WorkspaceStrong writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, polished client communications, meeting recaps, and status documentsStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to support day-to-day work — for example, drafting status reports, summarizing meeting notes, or supporting researchWhat We're Looking ForAn outgoing, personable communicator who enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues by email, phone, and in personSomeone who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environmentA proactive mentality — you spot what needs attention before you're askedComfort adapting quickly to new clients' industries, products, and internal cultureGenuine interest in the outdoors, active lifestyle, and/or food & beverage industriesWillingness to represent Sasquatch and our clients at industry events, activations, and community touchpoints (some Pacific Northwest regional travel may be required)
