You'll also help mentor junior media staff, communicate directly with clients, and shape media strategies that are both creative and cost-effective.The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset and the curiosity to keep up with a rapidly changing media landscape. At least 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (including digital channels like social media, programmatic, search-engine marketing; and/or traditional channels like TV, radio, and out-of-home), or 4 years of related experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on media planning or buying.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. You care about the mission and want your media work to make a real difference.Familiarity with behavioral science or social marketing.
