As a Fulfillment Specialist, the desired or required experience we are looking for are: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a marketing, computer science or digital advertising-related field preferred AND/OR • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing focused on lead generation and/or brand development • Proven track record of managing multi-platform campaigns with excellent KPI results • Deep understanding of Google LSAs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads • Highly analytical—comfortable working with conversion data, attribution models, and lead quality metrics • Effective communicator who can collaborate across marketing, sales and fulfillment To that end, as a Fulfillment Specialist with Aletheia Digital, you can expect the following additional benefits with your employment:
