IA Marketing Graphic Design Manager Dubuque, IA – In- Office Direct Hire A local long standing company in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Marketing Graphic Design Manager to lead a team of in house Graphic Designers as well as partnering with external designers and be an intricate part of the Marketing Leadership. The right fit candidate will coordinate and manage schedules of the team, manage budgets, possess professional working experience demonstrating their attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. In this role you will get to provide direct supervisor and manage the internal teammates of the Graphic department and partner closely with outside vendors for a variety of media to include: print, radio, newspapers, social and direct mailings. What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity: Five (5) years (minimum) of experience in marketing, advertising or communications. Previous people and project management required Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
