To include: Facebook and twitter accounts • Provide customer service and support by backing up Operations Manager with phone calls. • Provide support for the sales department to include new customer research and supplying graphics and appropriate documentation for website publications. • Provide trade show support as required. • Basic Photoshop / design skills for adjusting and reformatting creative images preferred. • Ability to perform tasks with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
