Marketing Growth Manager

This role will analyze marketing performance across digital and traditional channels, identify trends in customer behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations that improve marketing ROI. The ideal candidate has a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings in a way that supports strategic business decisions. This position works closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to optimize marketing initiatives and improve the overall customer experience. Ability to identify trends and make datadriven recommendations.
