We are looking for a creative, organized, and growth-minded Marketing & Growth Specialist who can help expand the visibility, authority, and lead generation efforts of both exploreMedia and exploreHVAC. We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring out what drives attention, engagement, qualified leads, and business growth. This position works closely with the President, sales team and serves as a key member of the Operations Team. You understand our brands, services, audiences, and marketing systems.You have taken ownership of the marketing calendar and are consistently executing campaigns with minimal oversight.You are actively managing our lead generation funnels and identifying opportunities to improve performance.You have become a reliable member of the Operations Team and contribute ideas that help drive growth.You understand our KPIs, can confidently report on performance, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
