Subifi is a new app revolutionising how construction companies and contractors connect and manage short-term labour. Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on driving user growth Manage LinkedIn and digital ad campaigns targeting both hirers and contractors Build partnerships with construction industry bodies and payroll/workforce tech platforms Identify and attend (virtually or in-person) relevant trade events and communities Create content — case studies, blog posts, social content — to drive visibility Track key metrics, analyse performance, and optimise for growth Work closely with the founder (me!)
