The Brand Manager, All Other Brands (AOB) is a key role in the organization responsible for planning and executing all brand programs supporting the brand strategy and P&L for the North America market. Partner with global and local cross-functional teams to develop annual brand plans that achieve the financial commitments for the region. Responsible for the delivery of the brand's Integrated Activity Plan, in partnership with commercial / account management teams, media and PR teams, insights and category management, and the Global Marketing teams. Strong project management skills; impeccable attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and analytic skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity Must have strong leadership ability with experience working with varying levels of seniority (local and global) - dynamic, flexible, positive attitude, and team spirit
