At AIM, we’re looking for a Marketing Intelligence Specialist, who provides the necessary expertise to define KPIs and support strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this individual is key in turning cross-functional business data into marketing-driven insights that directly align with commercial goals and growth. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of marketing and cross-functional department data, especially within the CRM, ensuring high data quality and actionable reporting. Clean and organize data from diverse sources, including Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external databases, to ensure consistency in analysis.Implement basic data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies across data streams.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to track and analyze cross-functional performance metrics, ensuring marketing intelligence is aligned with global sales targets and key account growth. Perform other duties and projects as directed by the Global Marketing Manager to support overall team objectives.
