Plans and executes content campaigns to meet the needs of Marketing and Online Merchandising partners. * Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and video) * Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‐page optimization, and performance tracking * Help analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console * Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok) * Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management * Research social media trends, competitors, and best practices * Support content creation, including captions, graphics, and short‐form video ideas * Assist with reporting and presenting insights on campaign and social media performance * Provide general marketing support for ongoing projects and initiatives * Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field * Strong interest in digital marketing, Google tools, and social media * Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, or similar (coursework or hands‐on experience preferred) * Basic understanding of SEO and paid media concepts is a plus * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Detail‐oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks * Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
