Marketing Intern

Stickley is hiring one full-time Summer Marketing and Creative Intern to join our Marketing team. Based on the candidate's skill set, the role will focus on digital-first graphic design, social media, or a combination of both (as outlined below). This opportunity is ideal for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation.

Digital‑First Graphic Design

Focus: Supporting digital marketing and e‑commerce creative execution and content creation.

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

Designing digital assets for social, email, and e‑commerce platformsSupporting campaign creative for promotions, launches, and seasonal initiativesAssisting with image resizing, formatting, and versioning across platformsPreparing assets for third‑party platforms and paid media placementsWorking within established brand guidelines while learning real‑world production workflowsCollaborating with marketing and e‑commerce partners to efficiently execute creative work

This role is execution‑focused and ideal for a student building practical, portfolio‑ready digital design experience.

Social Media Focused Marketing

Focus: Execution and content development for brand social platforms.

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited Too

Supporting day‑to‑day execution on social platforms, with emphasis on Meta, Pinterest, and HouzzAssisting with content planning, scheduling, and publishingDeveloping post concepts aligned with campaigns, products, and seasonal storytellingSupporting coordination between creative, marketing, and social calendarsMonitoring engagement and assisting with basic performance trackingOrganizing and maintaining social content libraries

This role is ideal for a student who understands social platforms natively and wants hands‑on experience in branded social execution.
