Marketing Intern – Luxury Real Estate

Conquest Advisors is a boutique luxury real estate advisory firm based in New York City, specializing in high-end residential transactions and investment opportunities for both domestic and international clients. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our agents and leadership team with day-to-day marketing, branding, and digital content initiatives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. ).Help create and update marketing materials, including listing flyers, pitch decks, presentation templates, and property brochures.Draft, proofread, and optimize copy for property descriptions, email campaigns, and social media posts, aligned with the Conquest Advisors brand voice.Support social media content calendars, including Instagram and LinkedIn, by preparing posts, basic reels, and performance recaps.Maintain and organize marketing and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for campaigns and follow-ups.Conduct market and competitor research on NYC luxury real estate trends, new developments, and comparable listings to support marketing strategy.Assist with coordinating remote-friendly initiatives such as digital campaigns, virtual tours, and online events, including collateral and follow-up materials.Provide general support to senior agents and the executive team on ad hoc marketing and administrative projects as needed. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Comfort using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.Interest in luxury real estate, architecture, and digital marketing, with a desire to learn how marketing supports high-end brokerage and development.Self-starter mindset, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) from a content or branding perspective is a plus.
