Marketing Intern - Temple Podcast Studios

Seeking an intern for the newest Podcast suite in Temple City, offering production space for new or experienced podcasters. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to help support our podcast production efforts and steward clients with ease to come see the space. In this role you will need to be a problem-solver, adept communicator, and genuinely passionate about growing in the podcast industry while also prioritizing the listener experience and the work of creators. You will be a part of a team passionate about developing a diverse slate of original podcast programming. \\- Generate leads by posting on space rental or production rental websites, such as Peerspace, Craigslist, Groupon, Affiliate \\- Answer support emails and chat with our customers \\- Set up email marketing campaigns and send bi-weekly or monthly newsletters to our clients and potential clients \\- Maintain log of advertisement posts, frequency calendar, username and passwords, costs/quotes, and short description of post for reference Qualifications • Experience in social media tools, particularly Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain good rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with customers and those outside the department • Excellent oral and written communication skills in a professional demeanor • Capable of identifying and completing tasks independently, and reporting on progress, with a sense of urgency and ownership • Able to think creatively and outside the box.
