🌟 Intern Program- VI Marketing and Branding

Overview

Our Internship Program offers college students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing and branding agency. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and gain valuable insight into agency operations and the marketing industry as a whole.

This program is designed to provide exposure to various disciplines within the agency — including strategy, creative, media, public relations, digital, and account management — depending on departmental placement and intern interests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing client projects.
Conduct market research and compile insights to support strategic initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative reviews.
Help draft and proof content for digital, social, and traditional media.
Support administrative and organizational needs within the department.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to understand the full scope of agency services.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
Present a final project or portfolio piece summarizing internship contributions.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Design, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or social media tools is a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiasm for marketing, branding, and creative problem-solving.
Program Details

Duration: 12 weeks (spring semester)

Schedule: 10-15 hours/week

Location: Downtown OKC (no remote available)

Compensation: $15/hr
