Hunter and Maddox International Inc is currently looking for a MARKETING INTERN at our flagship office downtown located at 1742 ½ India St The marketing intern will be designing and coordinating marketing materials for the office while assisting with other miscellaneous projects and admin work. Current Students & Recent grads are ok for this position if you have the proper software design skills. We want those who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence, those who aren't afraid to have fun with their job, and bring enthusiasm, dedication and a collaborative spirit to build and maintain an office space that facilitates some of the most cutting-edge innovations in real estate. Job Duties: • Preparing Advertising collateral for magazines, newspapers, flyers, websites, bus benches etc.. • Posting on social media platforms. • Manage company reviews (acquire more and respond) on Yelp, Google Business, Facebook • Providing overall support to lead agents to include answering phones and covering desk REQUIRED SKILLS: • ADOBE SUITE EXPERIENCE A MUST (ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP & IN DESIGN A MUST) • Web Design/SEO/SEM is a plus but not a requirement • Creative marketing, advertising and design skills • Social media promotion - Facebook, Instagram, Google +, Twitter, LinkedIn • Experience in using video as a tool for marketing to build our brand and increase sales • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fast learner comfortable with all things digital/tech • Attention to detail a must • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet a variety of deadlines • Positive and professional attitude • Work in a team environment • An understanding of the real estate industry is helpful but not required Please submit your RESUME & Samples of recent work for immediate consideration.
